Owned and operated by our founder, Mike Spencer—a second-generation flooring installer with over 20 years of residential and commercial experience—we’re based in the Delta-Metro area of Colorado. Our expertise, paired with Mike’s deep-rooted passion for quality work, makes us a trusted name in flooring solutions.

Specializing in hard surface flooring, LVP, laminate, prefinished hardwood, and more. Mike also has remodeling experience, from framing to finishes, and he holds a residential class C general contracting license. We recognize the standards and expectations that are expected by flooring organizations such as The Flooring Contractor Association, which is why we’re committed to quality and precision in every project we undertake.

Mike’s professional and personal lives are deeply intertwined because he’s a craftsman at heart, carrying his passion into every project. Growing up in the trade, Mike inherited a legacy of excellent craftsmanship from his father, who ran a successful flooring business in the Denver-Metro area for over 30 years. Born and raised in Colorado (Go Broncos!), Mike is a husband to a loving wife, a father of two lovely children, and a Navy Veteran with great discipline and values. Flooring has always been a big part of Mike’s life, and his family’s well-being hinges on his professional reputation.
